Year End Treat

On 23rd and 24th November 2021, Whetstone Primary School had their annual year end treat for the learners. Due to COVID we were unable to treat the learners with the customary delicious breyani. We decided to give our learners and exciting and delicious treat which consisted of:
A sumptious chicken burger and chips from Hot Rods Diner.
A box juice.
A yoghurt.
A goodie bag (Fritos, Lunch Bar, Maynards Sweets, Lolipop and a toy (FP only))
And for desert a delicious Mini Magnum.

After the learner had enjoyed their meal and partied in class they were treated to a festive assembly which consisted of beautiful decor, amazing Christmas Carols and the gentleman in a red suit from the North Pole, Santa Clause.

A huge thank you to all sponsonsors who contributed to beautiful, fun and most enjoyable Christmas party for the learners of Whetstone Primary School. We had kind hearts who sponsored from abroad, various institutions and not forgetting the wonderful parents of Whetstone. It is through your generosity that we were able to make our children smile in the midst of financial difficulties, loss, sickness and other effects of Covid-19.
